CHD Awareness Week

February 2021 is CHD Awareness week and a moment to honour some of the CHD warriors we lost on the way. In order to reduce mortality caused by late diagnosis and intervention on CHD patients, friends and families, we bring you a project “Pulse Oximetry for a newborns” which aimed at having every new child born in Nigeria screened within the first 48 hours with simple diagnostic tools. We hope to get enough funding to reach primary Healthcare centres in Nigeria, so we can donate the equipment to them, teach them how to use it and more importantly, help us generate data for proper inclusion and intervention of included wards and families.
