Health outreach

This is the period when our team goes out into the community especially rural areas to access people’s heart health and screen for Congenital Heart Disease/Defect.

Anyone who shows sign and symptoms related to CHD will be tracked till they receive care at their closest government or private Cardiology clinic and will be on the CHD Community to keep them informed about the best decisions to take.

This is a charity service by our Volunteers to the community.
